Boots on Broadway Downtown, Walk to Broadway

Amazing place, if you are using the app that unlocks doors and such, don’t click anything. Just have the app open and tap your phone like a key fob and if you have access to that door it will simply open. (Hope this saves your some time)

This was such a great condo! Their decor theme was spot on-not too much, not too little. The unit was nice and spacious, and had everything we needed for cooking meals and eating in. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of bath towels and also pool towels. It’s close enough to broadway to walk, but getting an uber from there to Broadway and back was no problem at all. They had a welcome book and we did try some of the places they recommended, which were all great. It was a wonderful place to stay at while we were in Nashville, and if we go back I’ll be looking to see if this unit is available.

Boots on Broadway was clean and furnished nicely. Parking was provided. The security of getting in and around was a bit confusing. It is within walking distance of broadway, but the last half of the walk to the condo is not in the best areas, the homeless mission is across the street. Not the best location to be in. Our other concern is the condo had one door in and the patio window with no balcony in same room, the bedrooms do not have any windows, a fire hazard for sure. Dont know code there but no way out of the corner unit if had a fire. Also while there one morning someone else opened the front door, quickly closed and left so do not know who had access but made us a bit uneasy.
